Best full body and mind workout
I initially signed up for something to help relieve the stress from a long day of work. Not only have I been able to achieve that goal on a regular basis but my body is getting the best workout I've ever gotten in my life. The staff is amazing everyone is there to help and constantly make you smile. There is no intimidation factor whatsoever.
